Anna university engineering counselling is going to be hot from 21st june onward because anna university general counselling is going to start from 21/06/2013 and going to end on 31/07/2013
So the people who are living apart from Chennai have to travel to Chennai for attending the counselling

So there will be lot of difficulty during the travelling.
So for your attention i will give you some tips regarding what you have to do before the counselling
Before coming to Chennai, check all your necessary documents(original documents) and also at least of 3 xerox in each and every documents(xerox not necessary but having is safe)
Take enough money with you at-least minimum of 15,000 rupees, those who are travelling from other cities to chennai for engineering counselling they have 50% Bus fees concession

Please keep your money very safely and also on that 15,000rs, the 5000rs will be given as counselling fees and remaining 10,000 is for your travel allowance,if you are staying in lodge fees and also for the food

Be attentive, if you are new to Chennai means surely your concentration will be change by exciting in seeing the new city

Anna university has published the verification for the sports quota today(06 June 2013).The students who have applied for the sports quota can verify your application whether it is selected or rejected by means of this below verification status

Just Enter your application number and date of birth as mentioned in example and click submit to know that your sports quota application is SELECTED or REJECTED

TNEA 2013 | Call Letter and Acknowledgement Card Informations

Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission TNEA 2013 Application Form started issuing on 4th of May 2013 and the last date for submission of Application form is 20th May 2013 The Application form can be send through post or it can be submitted on Anna university directly.

All the Students who are applied for Engineering counselling will have more doubts regarding the counselling, The doubts normally starts with the Acknowledgement Letter and Call letter. Tamil Nadu engineering Admission 2013 Information and Instruction to candidate.

After the TNEA 2013 Rank List only the call letter will be sent to you from Anna university, the acknowledgement letter is just for confirmation that anna university got your form and call letter is to know your counselling time

Before we discuss about the doubts of Acknowledgement Letter and Call Letter, we should know what it is? When we are sending the Application form, we will include a Letter that is Acknowledgement Letter, we should fill the Letter with only our Address and attach with the Application Form.

ANS : No, The Acknowledgement Letter is not that much important, it is just to verify that your Application form reached Anna university or not.

3.) Didn't Receive Acknowledgement Letter?

ANS : Don't worry if you didn't receive the Acknowledgement Letter, It is not at all a problem.

Don't feel if you Friends or Neighbors receives the Acknowledgement Letter and you didn't receive it. If it is not received also nothing wrong.

4.) What is Call Letter ?

ANS : Call Letter is the Letter sent by Anna university, The Call Letter contains the details of your Cut-off mark, When you have to attend the counselling and they mention the date and time of your counselling, you have to be in Anna university at the time mentioned in the Call Letter.

5.) When will they Sent the Call-Letter?

ANS : Call-Letter will be send to the students before one week or ten days before the Counselling time of the Candidate. After the Rank list of TNEA 2013 has been calculated then only the Call Letter will be started sending to the students, wait with patient till you receive the Call Letter.

6.) Importance of Call Letter

ANS : Call Letter is very important in Anna university Engineering counselling 2013, if you didn't receive the Call Letter. you can also check the date and time of your Counselling in online and also you can go to Anna university and get the duplicate copy of Call Letter.

Number of Students had been applied for Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission TNEA 2013, As per the news from Anna university more than 2 lakhs of TNEA 2013 Application has been sold out in Tamil Nadu.

RESULT INSTRUCTIONS AND PROTOCOLS

பிளஸ் 2 தேர்வு முடிவுகள் அடங்கிய அட்டவணைப்படுத்தப்பட்ட மதிப்பெண் பட்டியல் (TML) வினாத்தாள் மையங்களில் காலை 9 மணிக்கு பள்ளிகளுக்கு வழங்கப்படும் என்பதால் தலைமையாசிரியர்கள் மாவட்ட முதன்மை கல்வி அலுவலர் அலுவலகத்திற்கு வர தேவையில்லை என பள்ளிக்கல்வி இயக்குநர் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.

# பிளஸ் 2 தேர்வு முடிவுகள் வரும் 9ம் தேதி காலை 10 மணிக்கு வெளியாகிறது.

# கடந்த ஆண்டுகளில் பள்ளிகளின் தலைமையாசிரியர்கள் மாவட்ட முதன்மை கல்வி அலுவலகத்தில் மாணவர்களின் பிளஸ் 2 அட்டவணைப்படுத்தப்பட்ட மதிப்பெண் பட்டியலை பெற்றுச் சென்றனர்.

# இந்த ஆண்டு முதல் இந்த நடைமுறை மாற்றம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளதாக பள்ளி கல்வி இயக்குநரகம் அறிவித்துள்ளது.

# அதன்படி, மாவட்டங்களில் கூட்டம் நேற்று நடத்தப்பட்டது. இதில் பள்ளிகளின் தலைமையாசியர்கள், முதல்வர்களிடம் இருந்து பள்ளிகள் குறித்த விவரங்கள் சேகரித்து கணினியில் பதிவு செய்து அரசு தகவல் மையத்திற்கு அனுப்பப்பட்டது.

# மே 9ம் தேதி பிளஸ் 2 தேர்வு முடிவு வெளியிடப்படும் நேரத்திற்கு ஒரு சில மணி நேரத்திற்கு முன் அட்டவணைப்படுத்தப்பட்ட மதிப்பெண் பட்டியல் அந்தந்த மாவட்டங்களுக்கு அனுப்பி வைக்கப்படும்.

# உரிய நேரம் வரை பட்டியலை பிரிக்க கூடாது. 6ம் வகுப்பு முதல் 9ம் வகுப்பு வரை ஆண்டு இறுதி தேர்வு வினாத்தாள் விநியோகம் செய்யப்பட்ட மையங்களின் (குறிப்பிட்ட பள்ளிகள்) பொறுப்பாளர்களுக்கு மதிப்பெண் பட்டியல்கள் அனுப்பி வைக்கப்படும்.

# அந்தந்த பள்ளிகளின் பெயரில் சீலிடப்பட்ட கவர்களில் மதிப்பெண்கள் பட்டியல் வைக்கப்பட்டிருக்கும். வினாத்தாள் மையங்களில் இருந்து மதிப்பெண்கள் பட்டியலை தலைமையாசிரியர்கள் காலை 9 மணிக்கு முன்பாக வந்து பெற்றுச் செல்ல வேண்டும். இதனால் பள்ளிகளின் தலைமையாசிரியர்கள், முதல்வர்கள் அனைவரும் மாவட்ட முதன்மை கல்வி அலுவலர் அலுவலகத்திற்கு வர வேண்டிய அவசியம் இல்லை.

# தலைமையாசிரியர்கள் தங்களது பள்ளிகளில் மே 9ம் தேதி காலை 10 மணிக்கு மதிப்பெண் பட்டியலை ஒட்ட வேண்டும்.

# இந்த மதிப்பெண் பட்டியலை, இணையதளங்களில் வெளியாகும் மதிப்பெண் பட்டியலுடன் ஒப்பிட்டு பார்த்து கொள்வதற்காக, அனைத்து மேல்நிலைப்பள்ளிகளிலும் பிராட்பேண்ட் இணைப்பு வசதி ஏற்படுத்த அறிவுறுத்த வேண்டும்.

# அரசு மேல்நிலைப்பள்ளிகள் அனைத்திலும் பிராட்பேண்ட் வசதி செய்து தரப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்த இணைப்புகளுக்கான கட்டணம் செலுத்தாமல் நிலுவையில் இருந்தால், பள்ளி வசதி கட்டணத்தில் செலுத்தி பிராட்பேண்ட் இணைப்பை உபயோகத்தில் இருக்கும்படி பார்த்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும் என பள்ளி கல்வி இயக்குநர் தேவராஜன் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.

இணைய தள முகவரிகளில் தேர்வு முடிவுகளை அறியலாம்.

பிளஸ்+2 தேர்வு முடிவுகள் 9 ம் தேதி காலை 10 மணிக்கு வெளியிடப்படும். முடிவுகளை மாணவர்கள் உடனடியாக தெரிந்து கொள்ளும் வகையில் தேசிய தகவல் மையத்தில் 10 சர்வர்கள் அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. இதன் மூலம் கீழ் கண்ட இணைய தள முகவரிகளில் தேர்வு முடிவுகளை அறியலாம்.

தமிழகத்தில் நடந்து முடிந்த 10 மற்றும் 12ம் வகுப்பு பொதுத் தேர்வு முடிவுகள் இந்த ஆண்டு அரசு இணையதளங்களில் மட்டுமே வெளியாகும் என்று அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

தமிழகத்தில் நடந்து முடிந்த 10 மற்றும் 12ம் வகுப்பு பொதுத் தேர்வு முடிவுகள் இந்த ஆண்டு அரசு இணையதளங்களில் மட்டுமே வெளியாகும் என்று அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இது குறித்து அரசு தேர்வுகள் இயக்குநர் வசுந்தரா தேவி அனுப்பியுள்ள கடிதத்தில், இதுவரை அரசு தேர்வுத் துறை ஆண்டு தோறும் நடத்தும் மேல்நிலை மற்றும் எஸ்எஸ்எல்சி தேர்வு முடிவுகள் அரசு இணையதளம் மூலமாகவும், தனியார் இணையதளங்கள் மூலமாகவும் வெளியிட்டு வந்தது. ஆனால், தற்போது அரசு வெளியிட்டுள்ள உத்தரவின் அடிப்படையில், அரசு இணையதளங்களில் மட்டும் தேர்வு முடிவுகளை வெளியிட அறிவுறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது என்று தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இதன் மூலம், தனியார் இணையதளங்களில் பொதுத் தேர்வு முடிவுகள் வெளியாவது நிறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது.

தமிழகம் முழுவதும் பிளஸ்–2 விடைத்தாள் திருத்தும் பணிகள் முடிவடைந்தது. மே 10–ந்தேதிக்குள் பிளஸ்–2 தேர்வு முடிவுகள் வெளியிட தேர்வுத்துறை திட்டமிட்டுள்ளதாக தெரிகிறது.

தமிழகம் முழுவதும் பிளஸ்–2 விடைத்தாள் திருத்தும் பணிகள் முடிவடைந்தது. மே 10–ந்தேதிக்குள் பிளஸ்–2 தேர்வு முடிவுகள் வெளியிட தேர்வுத்துறை திட்டமிட்டுள்ளதாக கல்வித்துறை அதிகாரிகள் தெரிவித்தனர். தமிழகம், புதுச்சேரியில் பிளஸ்–2 தேர்வுகள் கடந்த மாதம் 1–ந்தேதி தொடங்கி 27–ந்தேதி முடிந்தது. மொத்தம் 8 லட்சத்து 4 ஆயிரத்து 534 மாணவ, மாணவிகள் பிளஸ்–2 தேர்வினை எழுதினார்கள். இது தவிர தனித்தேர்வர்களாக 48 ஆயிரத்து 786 பேர் தேர்வு எழுதியுள்ளனர். மாநிலம் முழுவதும் அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ள 66 மையங்களில் பிளஸ்–2 விடைத்தாள் திருத்தும் பணிகள் முழுவீச்சில் நடந்து வந்தது. பெரும்பாலான மாவட்டங்களில் நேற்றுடன் பிளஸ்–2 விடைத்தாள் திருத்தும் பணி முடிந்து விட்டது. அனைத்து மாவட்டங்களிலும் இதுவரை திருத்தி முடிக்கப்பட்ட பிளஸ்–2 விடைத்தாள்களின் மதிப்பெண்கள் உள்ளிட்ட விவரங்கள் அந்தந்த மையங்களில் இருந்து சி.டி.க்களில் பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டு தேர்வுத்துறைக்கு அனுப்பி வைக்கப்படுகிறது. எல்லா தேர்வு மையங்களில் இருந்தும் விடைத்தாள் திருத்தி முடிக்கப்பட்ட மதிப்பெண்கள் விவரம் அடங்கிய சி.டி.க்கள் சென்னையில் உள்ள தேர்வுத்துறைக்கு வந்தபிறகு டம்மி எண்கள் நீக்கப்பட்டு, மாணவர்களின் உண்மையான பதிவு எண்கள்படி மதிப்பெண் பட்டியல் தயாரிக்கும் பணிகள் தொடங்கும். இந்த பணிகள் முடிவதற்கு 20 நாட்கள் ஆகும் என்பதால் மே 10–ந் தேதிக்குள் பிளஸ்–2 தேர்வு முடிவுகளை வெளியிட தேர்வுத்துறை முழுவீச்சில் நடவடிக்கை மேற்கொண்டு வருகிறது. இதுகுறித்து கல்வித்துறை அதிகாரிகள் கூறுகையில், பிளஸ்–2 விடைத்தாள் திருத்தும் பணிகள் நேற்றுடன் முடிந்துவிட்டது. மதிப்பெண் பட்டியல் தயாரித்து முடிந்ததும் பிளஸ்–2 தேர்வு முடிவுகளை எப்போது வெளியிடலாம் என்று தேர்வுத்துறை தான் முடிவு செய்யும் என்றனர்.

பிளஸ்–2 முடித்துவிட்டு என்ஜினீயரிங் சேர முடிவை நோக்கி இருக்கும் மாணவர்கள் முதல் தலைமுறை பட்டதாரிகள் மற்றும் இட ஒதுக்கீட்டுக்கான சான்றிதழ்களை இப்போதே பெற்று தயாராக வைத்திருங்கள் என்று அண்ணாபல்கலைக்கழகம் வேண்டுகோள்விடுத்துள்ளது.

தமிழ்நாட்டில் 552 என்ஜினீயரிங் கல்லூரிகள் உள்ளன. இந்த கல்லூரிகளில் பி.இ., பி.டெக். சேர 2 லட்சம் இடங்கள் உள்ளன. இந்த இடங்களில் 65 சதவீத இடங்கள் அரசு ஒதுக்கீட்டில் ஒற்றைச்சாளர முறையில் அண்ணாபல்கலைக்கழகம் கவுன்சிலிங் நடத்தி மாணவர்களை சேர்க்கிறது.

இந்த கவுன்சிலிங்கை சென்னை கிண்டியில் உள்ள அண்ணாபல்கலைக்கழகம் வருடந்தோறும் நடத்தி வருகிறது. வருடந்தோறும் என்ஜினீயரிங் கல்லூரிகளின் எண்ணிக்கையும் அதிகரிக்கிறது. அதுபோல பி.இ. படிப்போர் எண்ணிக்கையும் அதிகரித்துவருகிறது.

பிளஸ்–2 தேர்வு முடிவு மே மாதம் 10–ந்தேதிக்குள் வெளியிட அரசு தேர்வுத்துறை முடிவு செய்துள்ளது. பெரும்பாலும் பிளஸ்–2 தேர்வு முடிவு வெளியிடுவதற்கு முன்னதாக பி.இ. படிப்பில் சேர்வதற்கான விண்ணப்பம் அண்ணாபல்கலைக்கழகம் மூலம் தமிழ்நாட்டில் பல்வேறு மையங்களில் விநியோகிப்பது வழக்கம். அதுபோல இந்த வருடமும் பிளஸ்–2 தேர்வு முடிவு வருவதற்கு முன்னதாக விண்ணப்ப படிவங்கள் கொடுக்கப்பட உள்ளன. ஆனால் அதற்கான தேதியை இன்னும் அண்ணாபல்கலைக்கழகம் வெளியிடவில்லை.

வழக்கமாக என்ஜினீயரிங் சேரும் மாணவர்கள் கவுன்சிலிங்கிற்காக விண்ணப்பிக்கும் போது அவர்களுக்கு பல்வேறு சான்றிதழ்கள் தேவைப்படுகிறது. மாணவர்கள் முதல் தலைமுறை பட்டதாரியாக இருந்தால் அதற்கான சான்றிதழ் வைத்திருக்கவேண்டும்.

அதுபோல சுதந்திரபோராட்ட வீரர் வாரிசாக இருந்தால் அதற்குரிய சான்று, முன்னாள் ராணுவத்தினர் மகளாக, மகனாக இருந்தால் அதற்குரிய சான்றிதழ், மாற்றுத்திறனாளியாக இருந்தால் அதற்கான சான்று, சொந்த நாட்டில் வசிப்பதற்கான சான்று ஆகியவற்றை வைத்திருக்கவேண்டும்.

ஆனால் பலர் கவுன்சிலிங் நேரத்தில் சான்றிதழ் கிடைக்காமல் சிரமப்படுகிறார்கள். எனவே இப்போதே அந்த சான்றிதழ்களை தேவைப்படுபவர்கள் உரிய அதிகாரிகளிடம் பெற்று தயாராக வைத்திருக்கவேண்டும்.

இந்த அறிவிப்பை அண்ணாபல்கலைக்கழக இணையதளத்தின் மூலம் அண்ணாபல்கலைக்கழக துணைவேந்தர் (பொறுப்பு) பேராசிரியர் காளிராஜ், என்ஜினீயரிங் மாணவர்சேர்க்கை செயலாளர் பேராசிரியர் ரைமண்ட் உத்தரியராஜ் ஆகியோர் வேண்டுகோளாகவிடுத்துள்ளனர்.

மாணவர்களுக்கு கவுன்சிலிங் நடத்துவதற்காக விண்ணப்பங்கள் அச்சடிக்கப்பட்டு வருகின்றன. மொத்தம் 2 லட்சத்து 50 ஆயிரம் விண்ணப்ப படிவங்கள் தயாராக வைக்கப்பட இருக்கின்றன.

இந்த வருடமும் விண்ணப்பிக்கும் மாணவர்கள் அனைவருக்கும் என்ஜினீயரிங் படிப்பில்சேர இடம் கிடைக்கும் என்று அண்ணாபல்கலைக்கழக அதிகாரி ஒருவர் தெரிவித்தார்.

தமிழகத்தில் பொறியியல் படிப்புகளுக்கான விண்ணப்பங்கள் மே 4 முதல் வழங்கப்படும் என அண்ணா பல்கலைக்கழக துணைவேந்தர் காளிராஜ் அறிவித்துள்ளார். மே 20ஆம் தேதி வரை பொறியியல் படிப்பு விண்ணப்பங்களை பெற்றுக் கொள்ளலாம். பூர்த்தி செய்யப்பட்ட விண்ணப்பங்களை சமர்ப்பிக்க மே 20ஆம் தேதி கடைசி நாளாகும்.
