JOURNEY:

1. Anna university counselling provides candidates concession in SETC buses up to 50%.
   
   HOW TO APPLY:
   # XEROX OF CALL LETTER (AT LEAST THREE) AND THE ORIGINAL
   
   # PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOGRAPH OF THE CANDIDATE AND ACCOMPANYING
   
       PERSON
   
   #  FILL UP THE FORM AND BE CAREFUL ABOUT JOURNEY DATE
   
   # IN THE RESERVATION SUBMIT ,THE AUTHORITIES WILL PROVIDE YOU THE CONCESSION    
   
      DETAILS.
   
   (NOTE:WHILE RESERVATION BOTH THE CANDIDATE AND THE ACCOMPANYING PERSON MUST      
   
    VISIT THE RESERVATION CENTER)
2. Reaching Anna university campus.
   
   AFTER REACHING ANNA UNIVERSITY CAMPUS, THE FIRST THING CANDIDATE MUST BE INSIDE
   
   THE CAMPUS BEFORE 3 HOURS.
   
   The parents should submit the cash rs.5000 or DD to the cash counter and get the 
   SESSION RANK WITH DETAILS ABOUT CANDIDATE.
   
3. Then the parents & candidate can visit the DISPLAY hall to know the current status vacancy seats in colleges.
   
   the candidate can hear to the announcement for calling before 1 hour.
   
   the candidate and the accompanying person should assemble before the hall with the SLIP
   
   CONTAINING SESSION RANK with their original documents.
4. Entering the hall:
    the candidate with a parent will enter the hall.
   
    ORIGINAL DOCUMENT VERIFICATION WILL BE STARTING HERE.there would be call by mike          
   
    by based on SESSION RANKS .only the candidates must go for the original document
   
     verification were the parent would be waiting in the hall.
   
   ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS ARRANGEMENT:
   
         1) SESSION RANK SLIP (RECEIVED WHEN YOU PAY DD OR CASH)
   
         2) ORIGINAL CALL LETTER
   
         3) 12TH MARK SHEET ORIGINAL

              4) 10TH MARK SHEET ORIGINAL

              5) ORIGINAL 12TH HALL TICKET

              6) TRANSFER CERTIFICATE ORIGINAL

              7) COMMUNITY CERTIFICATE ORIGINAL .

THEN YOU WILL BE PROVIDED WITH A SLIP TO FILL THE BELOW,

              1)NAME OF CANDIDATE

              2)APPLICATION NUMBER

   

              3)SIGNATURE OF THE PARENT/GUARDIAN/AUTHORIZED PERSON

              4)SIGNATURE OF CANDIDATE.

[NOTE:##LEAVE THE COLLEGE CODE & COURSE  AND CODE  BLANK UNTIL YOU TAKE THE 

            PREFERRED COLLEGE .THIS WILL BE FILLED AT LAST WHEN YOU TAKE THE COLLEGE

             AT FINAL MOMENT AFTER SEAT CONFIRMATION.] 

5)Then the candidates after the verification of original documents will be taken to another hall by

   session rank wise.parents will also accompany with them to hall.

   then each hall for parents convenience  the display will be running with vacant seats in

   colleges.

 6)At last the candidate & parent will go for final round will be placed before a computer with an

    Anna university student.

    1)parent should already should be determine with at least 6(six) colleges in their mind.

    2)then the candidate should provide the THREE college code & the preferred course to

       computer operator.

{THE COLLEGE CODE MUST BE CORRECT & ENSURE WITH ANNA UNIVERSITY BOOKLET

 ALREADY PROVIDED VIA. APPLICATION FORM ISSUE}

7)Wait for the ranking and seat confirmation which would be running on before your computer.

 at once seat is confirmed the COMPUTER OPERATOR WILL NOTIFY YOU BOTH.

so,PARENTS SHOULD BE SERIOUS IN SELECTING THE COLLEGE. BECAUSE ONCE SELECTED  

    CAN'T BE CHANGED.

8)After confirming the college the candidate must go to the upstairs and wait in the hall to

  receive your ALLOTMENT ORDER,BRING IT CAREFULLY(HANDLE WITH CARE) 

 you will be signing a receiving confirmation slip .take your allotment order with you.

9)then the candidates will be directed to the medical check up.that will be published next post.
